Ordering & Payment
By placing an order with Back 2 School America, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received. Payments made via check must be received and cleared before order fulfillment.
Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shipping and fulfillment timelines may vary depending on inventory and seasonal demand. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Any special requests or modifications must be communicated before payment is processed.
Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2-3 weeks of placement by contacting Back 2 School America at Order@B2SA.org.

After the 3-week window, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations due to processing and fulfillment constraints.
Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our programs and charitable mission, we do not offer refunds or returns on donated items or school supply kits.

In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or resolution.
Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Policy

If a check is returned due to non-sufficient funds (NSF), a $35 fee will be charged.

The order will be placed on hold until an alternative form of payment is received.

Back 2 School America is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Some purchases may qualify for tax deductions; please consult your tax professional for details.
