Delivery Details
We will confirm your delivery window call 24-48 hours before your selected delivery date.
Please note the following details will be requested to ensure that you have a smooth delivery.
-
Confirmation that you can receive pallets through a 4x6 foot door that is accessible (no stairs or obstructions, allowing the pallet to be wheeled in)
-
Is a freight elevator is available if you are having your supplies delivered to a floor other than the first floor?
-
Is a COI is required for the location?
Back 2 School America is not responsible for the transportation of pallets into special building areas if we are not notified accordingly. Be aware that deliveries requiring special accommodations may incur additional fees.
Mini-Kits and Notes of Inspiration are shipped via UPS and do not require an appointment for delivery. Your supplies will arrive in cartons according to UPS’s standard delivery schedule. Expedited delivery service is available for an additional fee if required.
Cancellation of Delivery
The customer reserves the right to terminate a delivery or event completely or in part, 21 days before a scheduled delivery. As a small nonprofit, we ask that this be managed as expeditiously as possible.
Back 2 School America shall be entitled to compensation if a delivery is requested in less than 21 days from a scheduled delivery.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform, nor be deemed to be in default, under this Agreement for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond it's reasonable control, including but not limited to failure of performance by the other party, acts of state or governmental authorities, acts of terrorism, natural catastrophe, fire, storm, flood, earthquake, riot, insurrection, civil disturbance, sabotage, embargo, blockade, acts of war, or power failure. In the event of such delay, the date of delivery or time of completion will be extended by a period reasonably necessary to overcome the effect of any such delay.
